ManagersFirst Learning App

The ManagersFirst Learning App is a performance support tool designed to support new managers in the transition to their new role.

The app provides new managers with bite-sized content to help them develop the necessary leadership capabilities to be effective, through core and free-to-explore lessons. The app also has opportunities for managers to reflect on and apply what they’ve learnt, in order to build up their confidence in displaying their leadership. New lessons will be added regularly that, together with personalisation features in the app, will provide new managers with an extensive knowledge base to address common issues they face in their leadership journey.
